Where are you based? 
Our studio is based in Melbourne, Victoria. 

What are the magnets made with? 
We source only quality products for durability and to ensure a long life span for your new cherished keepsakes. We also provide a Magnet Co Black Velvet Bag for storing your magnets when wanting to change the set displayed.

How long will my order take to arrive? 
We produce and dispatch all magnets within 3 business days of receiving the order. Please reach out if you need an order expedited.

Do you offer Free Shipping? 
We sure do! Free Shipping is automatically applied for orders of $50 and over. The free shipping offer will be provided at checkout. Fee Shipping is only applicable to standard domestic shipping [within Australia]. 

Do you offer bulk orders? 
We sure do! Magnets are a great way to market your brand, and we’d love to help! Simply select the bulk order option in our store, or reach out to our team at hello@magnetco.com.au. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Of course! Please email us at hello@magnetco.com.au if your country is not appearing at checkout. 

Do you offer collaborations? 
We love to collaborate with new friends! Please email us an introduction on who you are and what you’re all about, and our team will be in touch. Email: hello@magnetco.com.au. 

Do you offer any other sizes or just the 5x5 square magnets? 
The on-trend 5x5 is inspired by the ever-growing Insta collection of images that deserve to be displayed. Magnet Co currently produces the 5x5 only.

Do you offer refunds or returns? 
Magnet Co does not offer refunds or returns on custom items. All orders are prepared by our team of dedicated magnet lovers who will ensure your order meets all QA criteria. 

Can I cancel my order? 
For sure! If your order hasn’t started production we can cancel your order and process the refund. Please get in quick as we endeavour to prep your order as soon as it has been placed. 

Can I order less than 9 magnets? 
Nine or increments of nine are sold to avoid wastage of materials. Nine magnets also make the perfect square (for all you fellow OCDers out there heyyyyy). 

Privacy Concerns: 
We’ve got you. All photos uploaded are treated with care and are immediately deleted after production has finished.
